Dear Photograph is a photo blog that encourages people to “take a picture of a picture from the past in the present”. Some of them are happy, some are sad.. But they’ve all got great captions to go with them.
It’s slightly melancholy looking at them. Knowing that they were happy moments, but you can never get those moments back.

Penélope Cruz graced the June issue of Vogue US. And when I say graced, I mean GRACED. She looked absolutely radiant in all-white ensembles, photographed by Mario Testino.
I’ve only seen a few of Cruz’s movies, but I’ve always been a huge fan of her red carpet style. She is by far one of the best dressed actresses, in my opinion.
I don’t usually like celebrity covers, especially in magazines like Vogue US, because they’re not as artistic or as fashion forward as I’d like them to be. But when I saw this issue on the stands, I flipped through it and fell in love with Penelope’s photos. I bought it right away, and enjoyed reading about her somewhat private life.

Check out these exclusive images of the Versace for H&M collection due in stores on November 17th. The collection stays true to the Versace identity from what I can see. They look like they’ve been picked straight from the runway.
The women’s collection will include 40 pieces and 20 accessories and the men’s collection will include 20 pieces and 10 accessories.

Sorry I haven’t been doing the usual weekend links roundup for the past couple of weeks because I was quite busy – what with being on holiday and all.. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: being on vacation is super tiring! It’s not like I’ve been hiking mountains or rafting along rivers, but the simple task of leaving the house every single day to do something “new” makes me very tired! Am I a lazy person or what!
I did find time to scour the web for inspiration. Hope you enjoy them. I know I did…
An awesome pop-up café!
The most beautiful modern church I’ve ever seen!
Geometric illustrations of superheroes (and villains).
More superheroes – this time split in half!
I should always remember this..
Wouldn’t you want to look (and dress) like this on holiday?
Typographic logos for cities.
A super glam fashion editorial..
Meet the designers behind Shanta – a trendy handbag line.
Have a grill-filled weekend!

Flowy dresses, colorful silks and jumpsuits make up this super glam editorial for How to Spend It Magazine. I love the dewy makeup, eye-catching designs and big curly hair. It looks like the models just spent the whole night dancing in an outdoor party in Brazil!
The shoot was photographed by Andrew Yee, modeled by Barbara de Creddo and Tsanna and styled by Damian Foxe. Stunning!

I hope I didn’t throw away the Friendship Bracelet book I had since middle school - I think I saw it in my room somewhere the other day. In any case, this guide to making Friendship Necklaces is very easy and the end result is sooo stylish!
I recently pinned an image of Natalia Vodianova on Pinterest, and found out it was from an “old” Vogue editorial. I liked it so much that I was curious to see what the other images in that editorial looked like. Needless to say, I was not disappointed.
“Bella Donna” photographed by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott for Vogue US March 2004 is loaded with gorgeous photographs of the beautiful Natalia Vodianova. It looks very retro Italian! Such a picture perfect holiday.
